i love this toner it makes my skin feel fresh and very clean and i love the smell! its really good for all skin types

Best toner I've used.

I can feel this toner working as soon as I put it on my skin. There is a pleasant tingling sensation and it smells wonderful. I've noticed an amazing difference in my skin texture, smoothness and coloring since my aesthetician put me on the PCA line. Love this product!!!

Worked Ok

First off, using a cottonball w/this stuff it will only last you not quite 3 weeks. Maybe the cottonball soaks up too much of it.
Anyway, it is different from many other toners which are either too drying or leave an unattractive shiny film on my face.
I do notice a brownish color on the cottonballs which probably means it is oil from my skin.
This is soothing, and not drying at all. I still have some pimples, but I would recommend this over many other toners.
I will be looking into other Physician Care products.
