Very poor presentation of the product

Very poor not hygienic presentation of the product, received my bag of cocoa butter inside of a ripped wide open bag inside of the box, it didn't happened during the shipping since I noticed that it was a snack size ziploc bag for 8 oz of product, very bad experience, they should watch closer their customer service and quality control.
