Red Dahlia - similar color to Clinique's Black Honey Almost Lipstick

For years I purchased the somewhat pricey Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick. Love the neutral, no make-up look and the Black Honey works well with Clinique's Mocha Pink Blush and neutral eye shadows. The Burt's Bees Red Dahlia shade has a little more red, but it is much more moisturizing than Black Honey. And this lip balm looks just as scary in the tube as the Black Honey, but don't worry - when it's applied to your lips it looks natural but better. (I'm a fair-toned, cool complexion, if that helps you).

The perfect lip tint

This is a great product. Great taste, Great smell. Stays on long. looks great on bare lips. just adds a very tiny bit of sheer color to make lips look healthy. i don't like frost lipstick and so this is perfect. only a nice color for your lips. Alos, it is not sticky or tacky, just nice and smooth. it actually stayed on while i ate a whole meal..much better than revolon colorstay or other type lipstick. This is great to bring anywhere and you dont' need a mirror to put it on. love it!

Just Right

This product is just the right amount of "lipstick" and
lip balm. As I've gotten older, my face needs a little more
color--but I hate lip gloss or lipstick. Burt's Bees isn't slimy
like lip gloss or glommy like lipstick--it's just right AND adds
color in a subtle way. If I was Oprah, I'd have this product
on my "favorite things" show. : )
