glycerine is excellent for natural hair I mix it with coconut oil and shea butter for a leave in conditioner and it is awesome leaves my coils curls spirals and waves shiny and healthy

Great for my natural hair!

I read on one of the many blogs that I read for natural black hair care that vegetable glycerin is an excellent humectant for hair. I mixed it with 3 parts water and one part glycerin, and it was much better than I expected! My hair is so soft! I use it every 5 days or so and my hair feels less brittle now, I definitely recommend this product!

Used to make fondant.

While it's marketed for skin care this is food grade glycerine, I bought this to make fondant, because my local craft store was no longer carrying Glycerin. I used it a few days ago in a chocolate fondant recipe and it worked just fine, it only called for a table spoon or two so I have plenty left over for next time. IF you couple this item to get free shipping it's one of the best prices I could find that was still from a reputable company, if you're stuck paying for shipping I'd suggest shopping around.
