Thank goodness I can still find this stuff!

My salon stopped selling this stuff and I almost had a heart attack. The stylist who introduced me to this stuff said it best: "You know how you can't do anything with your hair right after you wash it because it's too soft and slippery? This fixes that." Great for hair that has a lot of texture but needs some bulking up. It's more for adding texture than firm hold, which is awesome for me. Word to the wise, though - just use a little bit. Too much of it and you begin to see the product in your hair. I have short-ish, shaggy hair and I usually cover the tips of two fingers, work it into my other fingers, apply and style and it's just enough. With respect to the prior poster, I actually really like the smell - it smells spicy to me.

Great hair product

This is the best hair product I have ever used. I have fine hair which can become frizzy very quickly...but with just a little Gritty Business my hair stays controlled and looking wavy and natural and great! I really love it.

I've used this stuff for a couple years.
I don't think you'll find a better product.
Other products are waxy, oily, etc.
This stuff is basically perfect.
