This is the best steamer that I've found yet.

I don't know how many facial steamers I've purchased and I've never liked any of them for several reasons. One is that you have to sit with your face right over the steam. I would prefer to not get a backache while I'm doing a facial. The other reason is that I don't like them is because they barely produce any steam, when they do produce steam, the steam is too hot it burns my skin. This is the best steamer that I've found yet. I love that it has the attachment steam rod. This allows me to direct the steam where I want it, so I don't strain my back. I can even lie in bed and let the steam flow over my face. Now, that's relaxation. And, it produces enough steam to allow you to do that. The steam is consistent, continuous and gentle, which is not something that other steamers offer.

got product today, mold growing in water resivour, melted plastic by heat button, very very dirty (black smudges, dirt in the seams, actual fingerprints in black),heating element covered in white stuff, like from salt water, cant believe they would send out a used product but pretty sure thats exactaly what they did! turned it on anyway to see if it was worth reordering and it works great, tons of steam, covers the whole face, not sure what i'll do, lets see if the shipper makes it right! would give the product 5 star but im rating what i received.

Great product love it

There are many reasons that I enjoy this steamer. One is that it has both hot and cold making it a professional facial steamer which works perfectly. The second reason is that my kids and I suffer from allergies and sinus problems and the fine mist allows us to moisturize our sinuses and humidify our bedrooms. Those humidifiers sold at Walmart for less than $30 do not use ultrasonic, they only blow cold wind, it does not help relieve your sinus problem, only worsen it. The humidifiers that do work are those sold at Bed Bath and Beyond for over $80 and they have cold steam only. This by all means is an investment that worth every penny you paid for.
