Doesn't seem to be the same consistency as when I purchased directly through Image skin care

I am an esthetician and fell in love with this Image Ormedic Balancing facial cleanser a few years ago. In the past, I have purchased it directly through Image Skin Care, but due to time constraints I decided to purchase through Amazon this time around. I still like the product, but I am concerned by the fact that this cleanser (purchased here) does not seem to be quite as thick in consistency as the ones I've ordered directly from the source company. It almost seems a bit watered down and I require more product than normal to do the job. Slightly disappointed and will be going back to the source for my next purchase.

This not only smells great, it also feels so soft and smooth. And you need just a drop or two, so it will last forever.

Gentle, Smells great, SPA Quality

This cleanser smells and feels great. I have tried several of the other Image cleansers and this one is my absolute favorite! Doesn't strip my skin like some others. Thick gel cleanser lathers nicely and smells fantastic. High quality product with excellent results.
