On Feet All Day and Overweight?
By Sure
Picked this up at the local super target on a whim (where it was about four bucks more expensive). I work full time in a bakery, so I am always, always, always on my feet. I used to feel like someone had beaten the bottoms of my feet with a hammer, especially first thing in the morning. Now I use this two or three times a week and my feet feel normal again-- I'm 33 and overweight, but when I first step out of bed I feel 99 from all that time on the concrete (I wear arch supports and everything, I still feel like a beaten mule I massage this in my feet three nights a week and I get around like I was in moon boots. Weleda is great and Arnica, in all its' forms, is great. Combine this treatment with a once a week soak with Epsom Salt and you will be right as rain. A little goes a long way too! Try this bottle, it will last you a long time (if you used it every day for a full body massage it would last you three weeks, if you used it on sore spots several days a week it will last you about three months). Do the math and you will see that it is worth it.

Allergic to fragrances? Don't buy this.
By Barb
Even though this product is expensive, I have been looking for over 2 years for a real arnica salve or oil (not the homeopathic kind), and this looked like it would work. Unfortunately, it also contained an ingredient that was not disclosed in the ingredients in the ad: artificial fragrance, to which I am highly allergic. I would have returned the product, but a friend had seriously strained some muscles in the gym, so I gave it to him. He said that it provided moderate relief.

Weleda Arnica Oil
By Donald_1
I really have no way to properly evaluate this product in health or medical terms. However, the amount you get and the overall packing for the price is a good value. It is a good, well packaged product delivered very quickly to your home. I use it as an ingredient in an arthritis liniment I use and it works exceptionally well for me. When applied the swelling and pain disappear almost instantly. It's intended use is as a sport massage oil, which I'm sure it does the job just fine. Combine this Arnica oil with DMSO, coconut oil, emu oil, ginger root powder, liquido MSM, peppermint oil, Cayenne oil, St. Johns Wort oil, orange peel oil (Lemenol), and you'll have something that approximates Smoothanol liniment that sells for $50 an ouch. But Arnica oil is a necessary ingredient in this mixture. Use as much or as little Arnica oil as you want in your own liniment for outstanding results.
