Great Buy and works exactly as advertised

I did a lot of homework on facial cleaning systems and ended up buying this one. I am so happy I made the right choice. I used the brush with my favorite face soap. Wow, after the first use, my skin felt so soft. Since then, I have been using it every other day for almost 6 months. And it did a great job in helping to clear my acne. I did notice the change on my skin. It could be because after routine exfoliation, my skin absorbs better and I use the sponge to apply my night cream. So very very happy. I do not use the pumice stone that often. But it is a great extra feature. The only thing I wish they could do better is to add a holder. Overall, great buy for the price and quality.

Just What My Skin Was Looking For!!

I purchased this item and the shipping was faster than I could have imagined. I received my package in just a few days, as promised. I used the Cleansing System on my face and neck before I went to bed and in the morning, my skin was radiant!! I couldn't believe the difference. One other notable fact is that I have oily skin, but after using the Face and Body Ultra Clean Brush, my skin lasted all day without shining. I've tried microderm abrasion products which dried my skin and caused rough patches, but this product left my face and neck soft and supple with no dry spots at all. I HIGHLY recommend this product, particularly to those who like me, have sensitive skin.

Good for the price

As much as I hate to write not great reviews, this one had to happen. I had used my friends ultrasonic cleaner and read many reviews before buying this one. I'll I can say is you get what you pay for. It does not vibrate and only spins. The large brush and pumice stone are useless because it is not powerful enough to turn with even the smallest amount of pressure. After about 5 uses, water got in it and corroded the batteries. It was a waste of my money for sure.

Excellent customer service! I was contacted within 12 hours of writing my review and was offered a replacement for my defective unit. I will update my review after I get another chance to try out the new one.

I finally just got around to trying out the new unit customer service replaced. I really didn't think there would be a difference but sure enough the replacement was much more powerful and after 1 week of use it has not leaked like the first one. I would still pay a bit more money for a little more power when the big scrubber or callus remover is used. Works great with light pressure especially on the face. Customer service was great though and even included new batteries to replace the ones ruined by the first one.
